Before discussion on Country Growth 1st you understand what is the growth means for an individual. lot of bench mark we have to set before starting of debate i.e. Per capita income, Country Growth data, Infrastructure development, etc.
There are nos of example of failed private industry which is not full fill the it's requirements & earned money.

1) Why government employee stop the file movement? Actually the employee is following the Govt. defined rule.
2) When you give some money, actually he bypass the rules & law bypass.
3) What actually private company do, which is not done by the Govt.
4) Why Govt. Not learn from private the company & implement in government organisation?
5) Rules & regulation made by the government not by the employee. In this case Govt pull back his hand & transfer the responsibility to 3rd Party.
6) Private Company is working for earn the money not for the society? But the government have the social responsibility also.
7) Govt has to be perform on not only basis vote they also change the culture.

In my point view every body have inbuilt management thought.
